Our scratch-made sides are really tasty, but with brisket this tender and juicy, does it really matter?!

ST. LOUIS-CUT RIBS

See that beautiful, rosy ring lining the edge of those ribs? That's how 1) you know the meat is done and, 2) a professional pit master always gets that part right. Mr. Bourbon Boar always gets it right!

Mr. Bourbon Boar won a local radio competition with these things. Fall-apart, tender barbecue thighs dressed up and finger-lickin' ready!

HERBED SMOKED SALMON

A happy customer took this photo at one of our pop-ups. They opted to have their made-to-order salmon with a favorite, our red beans and rice.

SOUTHERN-STYLE GREEN BEANS

For some of us, green beans like this bring back memories of church picnics and summer cookouts. Simmered with new potatoes, smoked turkey and onions, this side is good for any gathering.

RIBS & TIPS

Glazed with our signature barbecue sauce, our ribs have a perfect bite each and every time.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CUSTARD

Creamy custard folded with whipped cream (yes, good old diplomat cream!) and layered with Bourbon-infused chocolate ganache and topped with a premium, naturally flavored cocktail cherry.

FIRE ROASTED CORN

Fire creates a wonderful opportunity to enrich flavor. We prepare our corn this way for our summer corn salad.
